Bach Flower Essences are a form of Subtle Energy Healing. They were developed through inspired research by Dr. Edward Bach in the UK during the 1930's in an effort to provide an effective and readily available method of healing. He believed that disease is in essence the result of conflict between Soul and Mind, and will never be eradicated except by spiritual and mental effort.
Dr. Bach proved through scientific means, that by seeking out the source of these conflicts, which arise in us as fears, cares and anxieties and in turn by using the Herbal essences designed by him to alleviate them, the diseases caused by these emotions and mental turmoil will then leave us. We will be freer and better able to find and follow our chosen life's path.
Reiki is a Time-Honored system of Energy Therapy which promotes Harmony between the Mind, Body & Spirit. Reiki Energy is administered by the "laying on of hands" and has been proven to promote healing.
The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Rei which means "God's Wisdom" or "Higher Power" and Ki which is "life force energy". Reiki is therefore a "spiritually guided life force energy."
